All guests must apply for Campus Access Request (CAR).
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
For those without Ateneo ID's or gate pass stickers, kindly accomplish this form to request for entry into the campus.
1. Please fill out this form. CAR forms may be submitted between 9:00am to 4:00pm only. Please wait to be notified by the Office of the Gesu Church Rector of your approval. If approved, your name will be forwarded to the guard at the gate

2. Each person who wishes to enter the campus should fill out one CAR form.
3. Interested participants who are sick or not feeling well are strongly advised not to enter the campus.
4. When told by the guard to proceed:
a. Pedestrians should observe physical distancing when walking from the gate to the Church.
b. The designated parking areas for attendees with vehicles are at the Bellarmine Bldg Carpark and the North Carpark area, both located in front of the Church. Guards at the parking lots will be there to assist you.
c. PWD/elderly may be dropped off in front of the Church (at the ramp closer to the Jesuit Residence)
5. When at the Church entrance:
a. Alcohol or hand sanitizer dispensers are available at the entrance.
b. Liquid hand soap, disinfectants, paper towels/tissue paper are also available in the comfort rooms at the side of the Church.
6. When inside the Church:
a.
Health and safety protocols of the University have to be observed.
7. After the mass:
a. Pedestrians are advised to proceed directly to the pedestrian exit gates 3.5 or the Dela Costa stairway.
b. Vehicles will exit the campus via Vehicular Gate 3.5 (Northbound exit) only.
